Welcome to Travel4U Global. These Terms of Service govern your use of travel4ullc.com and your interactions with Travel4U Global. By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a resource, or engaging our travel-planning services, you agree to these terms.

About Travel4U Global

Travel4U Global provides travel-planning and advisory services. Travel4U Global is an Independent Affiliate of Fora Travel, a Virtuoso Member Agency.

Travel4U Global is not the direct provider of transportation, accommodations, cruises, tours, excursions, insurance, or other travel products. These services are provided by independent third-party suppliers.

Travel Inquiries and Planning Services

Submitting an inquiry or scheduling a consultation does not create a confirmed reservation. Travel arrangements are confirmed only after all required information, approvals, deposits, and payments have been received and the applicable travel supplier has issued confirmation.

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate traveler names, birth dates, contact information, preferences, and other information required for planning and booking. Traveler names must match the identification or travel documents that will be used for the trip.

Proposals, Pricing, and Availability

Travel proposals, prices, promotions, amenities, and availability are subject to change until a reservation is confirmed and the required payment has been received.

Quoted prices may be affected by supplier changes, availability, taxes, fees, currency fluctuations, government charges, or other circumstances outside Travel4U Global’s control.

Any professional planning or service fee will be disclosed before it is charged. Unless otherwise stated in writing, planning and service fees compensate Travel4U Global for professional time and services and may be nonrefundable once work has begun.

Payments

Travel payments may be processed by Fora Travel or directly by the applicable travel supplier. Travel4U Global does not guarantee that a quoted price or reservation will remain available while payment is pending.

Clients are responsible for reviewing all payment schedules and ensuring that deposits and final payments are made by the stated deadlines. Failure to make a payment on time may result in cancellation or loss of the reservation.

Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellations, modifications, credits, and refunds are governed by the terms of the applicable travel suppliers. Suppliers may impose cancellation penalties, change fees, nonrefundable deposits, or other restrictions.

Travel4U Global cannot guarantee that a supplier will approve a refund, credit, or change request. Any professional fees charged by Travel4U Global are separate from supplier charges and will be handled according to the terms disclosed when the service is accepted.

Supplier Terms and Responsibilities

Airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tour operators, transportation companies, insurance providers, and other suppliers operate independently from Travel4U Global.

Each supplier maintains its own terms, conditions, policies, and procedures. Clients are responsible for reviewing and accepting the terms associated with their reservations.

Travel4U Global is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, financial defaults, or other actions of an independent supplier.

Travel Documents and Entry Requirements

Travelers are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required passports, visas, identification, health documents, parental permissions, and other documents necessary for travel.

Travelers are also responsible for confirming current entry, transit, vaccination, health, customs, and documentation requirements for every destination on their itinerary. Requirements may change without notice.

Travel4U Global may provide general information as a courtesy, but travelers remain responsible for verifying requirements with the appropriate government authorities and travel suppliers.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended because travel arrangements may be affected by illness, emergencies, delays, cancellations, supplier policies, or other unexpected events.

Clients are responsible for reviewing the terms, exclusions, coverage limits, and deadlines of any insurance policy. Declining travel insurance may result in the loss of payments when a trip is interrupted or canceled.

Travel4U Global does not determine insurance coverage or make decisions regarding insurance claims. Coverage and claims are governed by the insurance provider.

Traveler Health, Safety, and Conduct

Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically able to participate in their selected travel arrangements and activities.

Travelers should review current destination information, travel advisories, health guidance, and safety conditions before departure and while traveling.

Travelers are responsible for their personal conduct and for complying with the rules of travel suppliers, accommodations, transportation providers, destinations, and government authorities.

Accessibility and Special Requests

Clients should disclose mobility needs, dietary requirements, allergies, medical considerations, accessibility needs, or other special requests before booking.

Travel4U Global will communicate reasonable requests to suppliers but cannot guarantee that a supplier will fulfill or accommodate every request.

Website Information

Travel4U Global works to provide accurate and useful website information. However, destination information, supplier details, prices, amenities, schedules, and other travel information may change.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and should not be considered a guarantee of availability, price, suitability, or a particular travel outcome.
